Sometimes in life things go slant-wise. This seems to be one of those years.
I went on vacation and when I came back I went right into working 13 hrs a day, five days a week. Needless to say, my writing got pushed aside a bit. Okay, maybe a lot.
I am still working on adding those new chapters my editor asked for. At this point, she has even stopped asking me when they will be finished. It's been that bad. And then my best friend got married which made me very happy. Incredibly happy, but that meant some of those few moments of free time were dedicated to helping out with wedding stuff.
So that's been my life. Not much writing, lots of work, lots of things to do, but it hasn't been all that bad.
I am really hoping to get back to writing soon, but in the meantime I took a few minutes to put up a new website. http://www.crystallkirkham.com (Just a note that the redirect to the current site hasn't updated to IE yet.
